We welcome enrolments to Springlands
School. Please contact the school office, phone 03 5785220
or e mail
pauline@springlands.school.nz for a prospectus and an
enrolment pack. These can be e-mailed, collected or posted.
The Board of Trustees have advised the Ministry of Education
that they will accept enrolments from outside the zone. The
Board of Trustees will continue to monitor the roll and if
necessary re-instate the zone as described below.

Springlands School
In order to avoid overcrowding, or the likelihood of
overcrowding, the board of Springlands School has
adopted an enrolment scheme which has been approved
by the Ministry of Education. The enrolment of out
of zone students is governed by the provisions of
the Education Act 1989. The board invites
applications from parents who wish to enrol their
children at Springlands School. Enrolments will be
taken from inside the zone; details of which are
available from the school office. Under this scheme,
students will be enrolled if they live within the
home zone. The zone covers the traditional
Springlands School area. The enrolment scheme, which
includes a precise description of the home zone, may
be viewed at the school office, where copies of the
scheme are also available. |
